Bro. Adv. John Francis Xavier
I, John Francis Xavier was born on May 9th at Thuckalay in the beautiful Kanyakumari district, Tamilnadu, India as the first son of my parents. I was brought up in a Orthodox family.But I didn't practice my life as Real-Christian.
The Holy Spirit intervened my life many times and at many circumstances my soul failed to admit it. Years passed by and I played many roles in my life. I am a good Story-Writer, Poet, Dramatist, Politician, Social-Worker etc., though my physical body was busy in worldly services, my soul remained restless. A sudden incident changed my entire life on July 12, 13 in the year 1991. This change made a great impact on my friends and relatives too.
The Holy Spirit set me free from depression and loneliness. The verses from every page of 'The Holy Bible' strengthened me. I surrendered my entire life in the hands of Jesus Christ as 'clay in porters hands'. I was moulded and was made to a beautiful instrument in the hands of our Almighty God. I repented for my sins. My new life was filled with real peace and goodness.
The verse from Revelation 3:20 from Holy Bible touched my heart. As a mother comforts her child, the Holy Spirit comforted me. I spend most part of his time in prayer, waiting to listen to the Lord and to obey his great command.
On 19th Oct of 1991, I received a letter from one of my old classmate (school) which included the sad story of his life. Those words knocked out the heart of mine. I heard a great voice asking, 'What is your service to the needy and broken-hearted like this ?'. I was really moved. From that day onwards I started to pray for the needy people. The merciful God answered my prayers. My true life with God started blooming. The Holy Spirit talked with me through verses like Mark 16:15 in the Holy Bible. I commenced His Ministry in hospitals. I prayed for the sick in hospitals and comforted them through God's Power. Glory to God!
I got a burden to start a Prayer Team. After a long time of prayer on 2nd Nov 1991, I started the prayer team with seven men in a small hut. Our oneness in spirit brought a big change in my Ministry. As we started to pray every day the attendance grow in proportion and they prepared for larger premises. Now it has grown up to a big team under the name 'Kirubayin Neram (time of grace) Ministries'. Praise is to God's Holy Name.
I wished this Service and Ministry to help many people in many ways. My friends and well wishers are still encouraging and supporting me in His Ministry and Social Service.
Kindly pray that I should work still more for the glory of our Lord's Kingdom.
